Can I transfer my ticket?
Yes. Tickets are transferable — you can change the name on your pass if needed. Please notify us in advance so we can assist with the transfer process. Gatekeeper@thegatheringfestival.com
What is the refund policy?
We understand that plans evolve. Most passes are fully transferable, and many of our attendees make The Gathering a professional development investment. If your timing shifts, reach out to us directly — we'll work with you to find the best path forward, including applying your investment toward a future experience. Is lodging included with my ticket?
- All Access Pass: Lodging is not included. You’re welcome to book your own stay at The Fairmont Banff Springs — rooms are limited. We will be releasing discounted Banff Lodging codes in the spring.
- VIP & Pinnacle Passes: Lodging is included as part of your package, with reserved rooms at The Fairmont Banff Springs.
Do you offer non-profit rates?
- Yes. We believe in the work that non-profit organizations do, and we want to make space for the right people in the room — regardless of budget constraints.
Non-profit pricing is available on a case-by-case basis. Reach out to our team directly and we'll work with you to find something that makes sense.

Can I expense this?
Yes — The Gathering is designed for professional development, strategic learning, and leadership growth. Many attendees expense their passes as a business development or team training cost. (This is general guidance — check with your finance team.)
Are meals included?
Some food experiences are included depending on the pass:
- All Access Pass: Includes lunches on Thursday & Friday.
- VIP & Pinnacle: Include additional curated experiences which may involve meals and exclusive dining moments or parties.
(Exact meals may vary by pass — see details in the pass descriptions.)
What happens if I can’t attend?
- You can transfer your ticket to someone else (see above).
- You cannot receive a refund.
- You may be eligible for a credit equal to your ticket value to use toward a future Gathering experience, valid for one year from the date issued
